Process Description
The rubber is first sliced ​​by a rubber mixer, and then sent to a sol tank to mix with gasoline to form a sol. The sol is then emulsified and modulated and then pumped to a latex intermediate tank. The rubber solution dissolved in gasoline is fed from the top of the distillation tower, heated and distilled by steam, and the light component gasoline is heated into a gas phase. The gasoline gas is mixed and cooled by cold water in the oil-gas cooler. The oil-water mixture is then sent to an oil-water separator, where the oil and water are separated. The upper gasoline is recovered, and the lower water is pumped to the cooling tower for cooling. After cooling, the gas gasoline in the distillation tower is cooled again. The latex in the distillation tower kettle is sent to the latex mixing tank for mixing and modulation according to its own pressure, and then sent to the centrifuge to separate the raw material latex of the gloves, and then it is color-adjusted and filtered for standby use.
The glove model is first cleaned with acid and alkali, and then washed with water. The washed model is first immersed in hot water for heating, then immersed in coagulant and dried for dipping. After dipping, it is sent to the oven for preliminary drying, fiber inner sleeve is added, hot water is added, and then sent to the oven for vulcanization and drying. After demolding, the gloves are inflated for inspection, low-temperature shaping, medium-temperature drying, water washing, dehydration, drying, and then packaged and sent to the finished product warehouse.
